What does the ELN SIG need to do?

"Image Mode" is an up-and-coming way of delivering RHEL. ELN should also publish bootc images for testing purposes.

https://pagure.io/fedora-iot/fedora-bootc appears to be the relevant sources, and some ELN work has already been done. fedora-eln.repo needs to be updated, among other things.
