Optimize wallet address scanning by searching from last to first

The address scanner checks every address in the wallet from first to last. In practice, the addresses can be scanned last to first and stop on the first address with activity.

This doesn't help much for wallet chains with few active addresses, but will help with the bip44 change chain, which will potentially be long.
