Example HEIC from libheif causes DataMisalignedException

I have testing my usage of this lib and got some example files from different internet resources. I have found that heic exaple file from libheif project ( https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/blob/master/examples/example.heic ) causes DataMisalignedException inside library.
Online tools like this: https://heic.digital/ converts this file without errors
