A website has to be served by the ESP which provides all configuration settings previously found in the static Configuration.h file

Improved wifi connection code and first experiment with captive portals (NOT WORKING) #6
Fixed a lot of JS errors. Web interface is now working correctly without issues. #7
Running the web app on the dev server now deos not require any code change anymore.
