Disable Warning messages when no connection to device (take 2)

This is very similar to the prior (closed) issue of the same name, but with a different message: #149

While the AVR is switched off, the adapter keeps repeating the following message in the system log:

warn | AVR timed out due to no response

(Seen in adapter version v1.13.3)

Would it be possible to add a switch to config to suppress this message? Or display it once only when the connection is detected as inactive, not on every poll?
