[Improvement] Adjustable Column Width in desktop app

Depending on the (customized) selected font, the fixed-width columns are too small for the text to fit in (in particular the timestamp, thread, and category columns), hence the text is being abbreviated. It would be nice if the column width was adjustable (and persistent).
