Email status not working as expected on CRM portal view. #440

I have sent mail then status appeared as SENT. but if I read that mail then status supposed to be change as READ which is not showing . (In my dev server if email for one lead to particular user then it will send but if I will send again to same lead and same user it won't comes in email queue).

Do you mean, it will be marked as read? Or can you never get things to be marked as read?

I believe you need the server to be on a public domain for that feature to work. The email client needs to be able to communicate with your server to download the tiny image embedded in the email.

Check the URL on that broken image at the bottom of the email.
