If a user does not close the ticket after the issue is resolved, it should be auto-closed after a defined time period. #2053

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Once the agent marks a ticket as 'Resolved' but " Customer does not close a ticket, a rule should be set to auto-close the ticket after a defined time period.
