As an HR Manager, I want to create a leave encashment process based on one salary structure for all employees. This involves adding a formula for calculating the leave encashment amount per day. By doing so, when I create a salary structure for all employees with this formula, the leave encashment for an employee will be calculated according to the formula, rather than a specific amount, as this amount is changing from one employee to another.

Describe the solution you'd like

1- In the salary structure, the HR Manager should include the formula for leave encashment calculation.
2- Alternatively, the calculation can be based on the formula in the salary component linked with the leave type.
