bgpdisco: Improve MRT dump parser performance #459

As parsing the MRT dump is the most expensive operation in bgpdisco, we should start improving here.

Consider creating ucode bindings for C mrt dump parsers. A comparion of the libarys can be found at https://labs.ripe.net/author/lorenzo_cogotti/new-mrt-bgp-reader-six-times-faster-than-its-predecessors/

bgpscanner, bgpdump, bgpparser, bgpreader could are C/C++ libraries and should be relatively easy integratable into a ucode libary

As a shortcut it is considerable to package a cli tool for openwrt and execute that.
