Sponsorblock doesn't skip video most of the time

What happened?

the player skips only in some videos, but not in most of the YouTube videos.
I cross checked with Libretube and it worked every time.

e.g. LTT worked, but not https://youtu.be/OpmMe0md0tA

I wonder if there's a threshold to decide when to use data from sponsorblock.
