We need to dial in the following classes to support the use of categorical CNVs to allow our adopters to start using them:

  • CopyChangConstraint
  • GeneContextConstraint
  • CategoricalCNV recipe

This will require:

  1. Generating yaml schemas for these classes
  2. generate examples for these classes
  3. get consensus on a call for these classes
  4. create a TU ballot release (Late December or Early January)
