Can you add a keyboard shortcut to exclude download through Motrix for a while?

In some sites, The third-party download manager isn't working well. download speed is limited by websites.

Thanks for reminding me. Of course I tried blacklist function.
But thing is I can't add all of those sites in it.
Also there're some time when I don't want to blacklist.
