Under Usage --> User Settings --> Folders and Files these lines

"html-css-class-completion.includeGlobPattern" (default: "**/*.{css,scss,sass,html}")
"html-css-class-completion.excludeGlobPattern" (default: "")

are not up to date in the README.md file and on the vscode marketplace. The default settings in the brackets has changed.
