Release to PyPI #18

@carlschroedl: I've been seeing your Issues and am grateful for your good work. I'm doing some fieldwork in Barrow right now and haven't had much time to look at this. The internet's also super slow (30% packet loss, 2.1s round-trip ping slow). I'll be back near civilization by Sunday, so I'll be happy to work on these soon. |
I think the email to be used for this is "[email protected]". Justin Solomon and Moon Duchin should have access to that account. For development purposes, we can also use mine: "[email protected]". Or I could ask Justin to set up mail forwarding for PIP messages so that I can update the package without bugging anyone. |
Thanks for the suggestions! No rush. Have fun in the field! |
I'm back now. |
w00t! |
I've lost track of where this is at. |
I haven't made any demonstrable progress on this. I used that project skeleton thing I emailed you to learn more about Python packaging, but I haven't applied that knowledge here yet. |
As a user, I want to be able to
pip install python-mander
so that it is easy to start calculating metrics on maps.Travis CI makes it look pretty easy to set up:

We need to supply an email for this. Should that email be a personal address? An address specific to this project ([email protected]/@mit.edu)?
