Extend documentation of insecure property

From the documentation it is not clear what the default value is for the insecure property.

Describe the solution you'd like
Mention in the documentation that the default value is true. It might also be worth it, to add a recommendation for setting the value to false for more security.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Change the default value to false, but this would be a breaking change.
