[feat] Embed Dynamic Twitter Feed on /community Page

Current Behavior:
At present, the /community page features a single button that redirects users to the official Harbor Twitter account. While this provides a quick link to the Twitter page, it doesn’t offer any dynamic content or engagement directly on the site.

Proposed Change:
Instead of merely linking to the Harbor Twitter account, we propose embedding a live Twitter feed directly onto the /community page. By using an embedded Twitter iframe or the Twitter Embed API, we can dynamically display the most recent tweets or curated content (such as top tweets, hashtags, or custom tweets) directly on the page. This would allow users to see real-time updates, important announcements, and community interactions without needing to leave the site.
