Expose stage, pool, and round information in match schedule #5

When allocating times to matches it would be useful for editors to know the stage, pool (if relevant) and round information.

Would perhaps also be useful to expose the pre-progress descriptions; for example:

England (1st) vs Scotland (4th)
France (2nd) vs Ireland (3rd)
England (Winner Semi 1) vs France (Winner Semi 2)

In the above, the bracket text takes up a fair bit of space in the user interface for long descriptions, so make use of hover text.
