Hot keys for reapply title and more is not working. I don't remember if the issue was added.

For example, when I try to reapply current title via use of a hotkey. It does not work correctly.

I forgot to add: the hotkey button that I use is the middle mouse scroll wheel. I use it for recall, ua rez, and reapply title.
