Right now, the legends show ranges that overlap. For example, the legend might show:

pale purple: 0.02 - 1.13
light purple: 0.2 - 1.12
med purple: 2 - 12
etc.

We saw this in all cases we tried today (cadmium, total population, pct people over 64)
