Timezone in transactions page

Describe the bug
In most places, when you mouse over a time, like "4 mins ago", it shows the time in the local timezone. On the Transactions page, https://explorer.hiro.so/transactions?chain=mainnet, it shows the time in GMT.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://explorer.hiro.so/transactions?chain=mainnet
2. Mouse over a time
3. See GMT instead of local timezone

Expected behavior
I would expect to see the same timezone everywhere, preferably my local time.
