Describe the issue you are experiencing

I have some issues with my Zigbee2MQTT add-onn and with some research I found out that my Zigbee dongle needs an update but using Silicon labs flasher add-on I have nothing.

I don't know which precise model it is (P or E or else) but here is what I got in the add-onn logs

[11:15:20] INFO: Checking /dev/ttyACM0 identifying SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus V2 from ITEAD.
[11:15:20] WARNING: No firmware found for the selected device, assuming firmware is installed.

Maybe first answer would be how to find the precise model is it and check the current firmware version but I don't know how to proceed

Thanks

I think the V2 ist the "E" model.

I have the same error on the v2 (which is the E version), but you can add the firmware url, except it doesn't work either.
