set a reply-to in the participation conformation e-mails to pupils

In order to
ensure that the reply-to are send to the correct e-mail address (e.g. for the bwinf-camp [email protected].

Already possible, I think it was part of #55.

Okay, I think it was possible until someone hid it in the UI, so if it was not lost during refactoring it should be easy to bring it back :)

Note: The Sender-field (Absender) currently acts as the reply-to field, the sender is always [email protected]
