For the dataset please email the authors (" Building End-To-End Dialogue Systems Using Generative Hierarchical Neural Network Models" by Serban et al (currently on the MovieTriples dataset). This is dataset is only available on request, so we cannot distribute it.

The dict file provided is only the training dict file. Would it be possible to also provide the validation and test dict file as well?
