I'm mostly happy with the very simple design of this app and have been using it for quite some time, but one problem keeps happening to me which might be fixed with a design change:
When the time to take my pill comes up and I get the big pop-up where I can click "Yes, I have" or "Not yet", but I don't want to immediately go and get my pill, or I picked up the phone to do something else, I have often accidentally tapped the very big and prominent "Yes, I have" button. Most times I noticed, went back to the app and undid that, but I have actually forgotten my pill a few times because of this.
I would suggest a probably rather simple change in design, for example to exchange the content of the two buttons such that tapping "Yes I have" becomes a more conscious choice. Similar to many alarm clock apps, which easily allow you to hit a big Snooze button, but to actually turn off the alarm you need to hit/or slide a much smaller button.
