different schedulings #6
Comments
Currently the app is assuming a daily schedule in various places but I imagine that it should be possible to change that without too much work. The bigger problem would be designing a good user interface to go with it. Would you have any ideas about that? I am open to adding more features to the app (more than one medication, different kinds of schedule, etc) but I want to take care to ensure that things continue being easy to use. |
The best interface (IMO) is the standard android clock alarm. Just different medications instead of different alarms. |
For your use case, what would be the advantage of having this feature be part of the Daily Pill as opposed to just setting alarms using the standard alarm app? For me the main motivation was that I didn't want the reminder to wake me up every morning. But I imagine that not everyone will want to use the app the exact same way as I do... I'm curious what is your opinion about it. |
This can provide a more relaxed and flexible way to remind user of their medicines. Clock alarms are too strict. |
I am also interested in having more scheduling settings, a typical use case example is when user have to take it's medicine 2 or 3 times a day.. maybe add up to 4 times in settings to keep it simple, like morning, noon, evening and night reminders. |
Please add support for pills with schedulings likes every four days.
