com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.4 版本问题 #59

测试发现:
如果对gradle版本进行提升的话,比如我提升到3.2.1以及以上,目前最高已到3.6.1版本,会出现文件生成出错的问题,表现的结果就是groupid = 0,而不是127.最终会导致无法使用

如果我把版本再降回3.1.4的话,是能正常使用的,不过为了使用这就就必须要降版本,是否考虑兼容升级一下?
