Step 1 : Set up a GCP Console project and enable the Cloud Translation API for that project. You can follow this link.
Step 2 : Download a private key as JSON.
Step 3 : Go to your IDE preferances-> Other Settings-> Translator Plugin.
Step 4 : Click browse and navigate to your downloaded JSON file.
Step 5 : Choose your preferred language.
Select the comment and hit Ctrl+Shift+M or go to Toolbar->Translator->Translate.
