Missing file "rhine30min.nc"

I am encountering an error while trying to run the tutorials that I do not know how to handle.
Yes, it is simply a missing file.

However, in that directory I have "rhine30min.tif" not .nc

I also fixed this
Closing discussion now.

Upgrading numpy fixes this.
To do it:

pip install --upgrade numpy
