Fails to resolve files in WSL and likely Remote VSCode #222

Using WSL and VSCode, getting the following error when trying to expand specific modules or files in sidebar:

Unable to read file 
'vscode-remote://wsl+ubuntu/home/ruan/xxx/xx/mnt/c/Program Files/Microsoft VS Code/deployments/environments/prod/main.tf' 
(Error: Unable to resolve nonexistent file 
'vscode-remote://wsl+ubuntu/home/ruan/xxx/xx/mnt/c/Program Files/Microsoft VS Code/deployments/environments/prod/main.tf')

Pretty sure this used to work, so might be a regression
