Deploy artifacts to bintray

The artifacts resulting of TravisCI builds of our master should be deployed to https://bintray.com/.

I'm not sure if an application is the correct candidate for an public repository. Especially if we consider deploying every commit as it's own version.

As this is an open-source application and the build is open, I guess that the artifact repository should be open, too. But we certainly have to automate the deployment of the artifacts
