Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to be able to shut off the gene lookup feature using the Harmonizome for datasets where it is not appropriate.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should have an option passed to Clustergrammer-GL (and Clustergrammer2 should pass to Clustergrammer-GL) that says no Hzome lookup.

I can imagine when you work with a supported organism, the gene-look up is quite nice. The idea is great.

This begs the question could that functionality be linked to one's own database (say a downloaded gtf-file), or some other kind of file that links the names with interesting information (think of prep-method, grow conditions of a sample represented by the label). In this way, one could keep things close when scanning a dataset.

It would make clustergrammer part of a nice kind of interacting lab-book that speeds up discussion with others (not needing to look up all these bits and have them at hand to consult when needed)

Thanks @brobr, I think what you're asking for is covered by this issue #25

This issue and the one linked are closely related and will likely be addressed simultaneously.
