remove file extension .html #104

Currently we are using the file extension .html, its unnecessary. lets remove it

from

https://opensource.muenchen.de/software/digiwf.html

to

https://opensource.muenchen.de/software/digiwf

also redirect https://opensource.muenchen.de/software/digiwf/
