Latest Odoo 12 download from git
Followed below steps to install sass_portal
https://odoo-saas-tools.readthedocs.io/en/10.0/setup/install.html
unable to install saas_portal module status is Uninstallable

Please let me provide the steps to install saas in odoo12.
