xm2ly: Emitting undefined command `\glissandoTextOff` #7

Consider the MusicXML file in the attached archive and process it with

xml2ly glissando.xml > glissando.ly

LilyPond gives an error because the created .ly file contains \glissandoTextOff without a proper definition.
