Repo missing Star Citizen Action Map file

The profile required to load into Star Citizen is missing making the configuration unusable. File name per the Nexus Mod page.

layout_JG_StarCitizenMapping_3-23-0_exported.xml

It would be very useful if this file was here also as NM isn't fun to use and git can make getting these update easier.

I appreciate the feedback. I may consider that in the future, but for now, I am finding the Nexus page easier to manage the documentation and files. I am hoping I'll end up with multiple profiles, but time will tell.
