Windows export trouble

Hello
This is the first time I use an add-on on inkscape

I have included the export_layers. * Files in the "C: \ Program Files \ Inkscape \ share \ extensions" folder
Installed version 7.0.7-37 Win32 dynamic at 16 bits-per-pixel component of ImageMagick on windows 10 32bit
Below are the SVG image export settings and error response.

am I doing something wrong?
