/etc/logrotate.d/jigasi is not provided and /var/log/jitsi/jigasi.log is not rotated.

% cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jitsi.list 
deb https://download.jitsi.org stable/

% apt policy jigasi 
jigasi:
  Installed: 1.1-107-g6928850-1
