version 1.53.22 shows "Error: spawn Unknown system error -86" on launch

With a fresh upgrade to 1.53.22, I get the following error on launch.

I'm on an Intel Macbook, on Big Sur 11.6, Node 19.7

It looks like it has something to do with the clipboard, but running a script I have that uses clipboard functionality seems to work as expected:

@tayiorbeii hmm, thanks. I swapped out the clipboard watcher for clipboard history, it must be related to that. I'll investigate.

Does it happen every time you launch? I'll pull out my x86 macbook and see if I can reproduce

It happened 5 times in a row opening and exiting so I think so!
