Por favor revisa los permisos de la carpeta, recuerda que la carpeta include debe colocarse en la raiz donde tienes instalado wamp o xampp

amigo estoy usando windows 7 y no creo que tena que darle permiso usando
windows porque los permisos de windows son automatico aunque ya lo hice me
sigue ando el mismo error

El problema viene es con la conexion a la base de datos @correangel, @jsalonl sería de mucha gran ayuda si colocas, por lo menos, como dece estár la base de datos, he ido leyendo el código y he ido descifrando como de ser, sin embargo aun no he podido loguearme en el mikrotik, me responde que el usuario no existe.
