Connect Multiple Controllers

Trying to connect multiple controller but for one there isn’t a how to, so I am not sure.

But secondly if I put controllers into pairing mode and then plug in the Pico both controller status led will indicate as if they are connected but truly only one is connected. Eventually the other controllers led will turn off.
