tasks do not support space in mod names

While trying to publish a mod that contains a space in its name, the task reported an error that spaces are not supported. The mod portal supports those just fine; I could upload the zip manually. This seems an unnecessary limitation (sorry for not providing a better bug report; I worked around it and only remembered to file a bug.
