It would be great to include NACs as a resources.
For example:
openNAC - http://www.opennac.org/opennac/en.html
PacketFence - https://packetfence.org/

Apache guacamole is a better alternative I think to opennac - just my humble opinion, if you are talking specifically about allowing access to internal resources from exterior sources

You seem to be misinformed what a NAC is. NAC stands for network access control.

NACs are used to control which devices can connect to a network over wifi or lan.
