Currently the extinction curves and spectra are stored as custom built FITS tables. Would be better to use astropy tables instead. Less code to maintain and unit support.

Currently parameters of the extinction curves and the model fit parameters are stored as FITS header keywords. Would be better to do this as an astropy table in a FITS extension. More flexible, compact, and easy to expand.
