Option to set as default password manager in Firefox

I don't know how they do it, but the 1Password extention overrides the default password manager in Firefox.

Right now both Firefox and KeePassXC try to suggest a password/username for a field and the dialogs sometimes overlap, which can be kind of annoying.

It's recommended to disable any internal password manager browsers might have. Otherwise features will definitely affect to each other and UI elements will overlap.

Speaking UX-wise, I think that's something the extension should automatically do.

I assume there needs to be some action on the extensions side to make Firefox display the "X controls this setting", which would be a nice-to-have.

Already found the API for that. A new option is needed, plus probably some special handling in the extension that triggers from the browser side. I'm also developing a getting started page that is showed after the extension has been installed for the first time. This option would be a nice addition to it.
