readme.md not found when executing "pip3 install unifi-cam-proxy"

Hello! I'm installing UCP directly on a Unifi Cloudkey G2+, and I'm getting an error stating the readme is not found. Here's the output:

I don't know enough about pip or the package to know if I can just download and extract the file, place the readme in the same directory and run "setup.py egg_info" without running into other issues. However, I'm going to try it, and post back here.

Update:
I was able to stop pip from deleting the temp files, however it looks like it is downloading 0.0.2, when the current version is 0.1.4
I copied the readme.md and other files from current, and had tons of syntax errors trying to get it to start. Most of these were a preceding f on all double quotes (and some on singe quotes), and a lot of the code had colons when setting variable values when there should have been just an equals sign.

After digging through the code and using find and replace, I've finally whittled it down to one error at the moment that's got me stumped:

This generally happens if you're using a version of python that doesn't meet the requirements for the newer versions of this package. Can you confirm what you're using?

I believe I was using 3.7. It's what was available in the Debian 9 Arm64 repo that was available for the cloudkey.
I've tried upgrading the OS to debian 10 but that broke everything unifi related, and I had to restore the CK using the recovery console.

I've since wiped the CK and started over, but all I need to do is reinstall python since all of the files are still there on the add-in HDD.
Also, I've run the proxy on my Win10 machine natively in python, but all I get on the Unifi is a single frame every time I run a refresh in Protect. I tested a Unifi camera natively with it today and it worked fine, so I know it's not something messed up in the OS of the CK.

Will post back here when I've got it set up on the CK again. However, I might be gone a week and a half because of getting married on Saturday and going on honeymoon afterwards.

I've since set up a small Windows desktop with Docker, everything is working now.
