If i want to use a new data, how can i change from .txt to .mtx in geo?

Hi forestlin7,
mtx files are not necessary. Here we use sparse matrix to only to save space.
mtx = data_dir + 'uc_epi.mtx' x = read_mtx(mtx) x = x.transpose().todense()
Also, for computational efficiency, we currently use highly variable genes (~2000, still a random number) for analysis.
