Old names may be those

renamed, such as "冤獄賠償法" is now "刑事補償法";
combined from two or more laws, such as "兒童及少年福利法" was merged from "兒童福利法" and "少年福利法" (and renamed years later);
discarded (such as "最低工資法"), suspended (such as "中華民國常駐聯合國代表團組織條例"), or updated decades ago and therefore not list in 全國法規資料庫.
