clusterlink-controller-manager pod cache needs refreshing

What happened:
When I delete a node and its clusternode, the cache in the clusterlink-controller-manager pod is not updated. As a result, not found errors are consistently reported in the log.

What you expected to happen:
Update the cache and don't look for node that no longer exist
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
