I hope I'm not posting for nothing, but I've tried everything so...
The server I chat on is under UnrealIRCD, I'm using a Macbook Air M1 running MacOS Sequoia.
When I connect there without SSL, there's 0 lag when I whois, or /helpop usercmds, for example.
But when I use SSL, there is one, for whois, /helpop opercmds, or help in operserv/chanserv/etc . If I wait... the rest of the text eventually comes several seconds later (depends, sometimes 3 seconds, sometimes 37 seconds), but I've noticed that if I type the command a second time without waiting, the rest of the notices arrive instantly.
Maybe I've configured badly the SSL connection, I don't know, but I've tried every single combination I could think of...
